TECHNOLOGY IS DOWNSTREAM
OF TRAINED PEOPLE.
Every tool we deploy sits behind one question: do your people know what to do? We build that capability first — then deploy the right technology behind it. Training is delivered in person and through an enterprise online and blended learning platform, with armed-staff programs sourced through certified training partners.
FOUR PILLARS OF READINESS.
Every engagement begins with a site-specific diagnostic. No two facilities receive the same program — readiness is built around your campus, your staff, and your gaps.

SUPPORTING YOUR
GUARDIAN & MARSHAL STAFF.
Texas districts may authorize trained employees to carry on campus under the School Guardian and School Marshal programs. For districts that do, ongoing qualification and refresher readiness is not optional — it’s what keeps the program safe and defensible. TPSG sources this training through certified training partners who hold the required instructor credentials.
SCHOOL GUARDIAN SUPPORT
A supplemental designation for employees who already hold a Texas License to Carry — built for the critical minutes before law enforcement arrives.
- For current Texas LTC-holding staff
- Initial qualification coordination
- Range qualification & live-fire standards
- Recurring refresher & re-qualification
SCHOOL MARSHAL SUPPORT
The TCOLE-certified pathway — an 80-hour specialized program with a higher command and certification standard for designated employees.
- TCOLE-certified 80-hour pathway
- Active-shooter response integration
- Range qualification & standards
- Recurring refresher & re-qualification
Guardian and Marshal are distinct programs with different training hours, qualification standards, and requirements. TPSG helps districts determine the right fit and keeps designated staff current — instruction is delivered exclusively through certified training partners. Program participation, designations, and personnel identities remain confidential as provided under Texas law.
IN-PERSON, ONLINE,
AND BLENDED.
