David W. Johnson, MBA, MS, U.S. Army, MAJ(R), President, Founder

David enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1988 and is a combat veteran of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, as well as multiple phases of Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He earned his BA in Business Administration from Saint Martin’s University and an Army ROTC commission as a lieutenant from Pacific Lutheran University. He later obtained his MBA from Texas State University. David served in the parachute infantry, as a health service support officer, and was deployed to numerous interagency operations, joint and multinational (NATO) missions, national defense, and international cooperative agreements, which contributed to his multicultural and global experience. His role as a military delegate and liaison for various support missions worldwide showcases his direct knowledge. He retired after 30 years of service and founded THE PATHFINDER SOLUTIONS GROUP, LLC in 2019.
